I am from Migori County, currently based in Nairobi. I am the CEO of Lulu Technologies, and we have been building a *citizen feedback and engagement system using SMS + AI to help wananchi escalate issues to leadership at scale*, as well as enable direct one-to-one communication.
The data gathered by this platform could also support campaign-period mobilisation and messaging for a reelection bid, including structured campaign engagement such as the Ochilo Dhi Nyime/Mbele campaign using bulk SMS.
